SPF pertains to the ability of a sunscreen to block ultraviolet B (UVB) rays, which can cause sunburns to skin.

2.     What is the minimum SPF value I can use effectively?

Sunscreens with an SPF of 15 or more is effective. They do an excellent job of protecting against UVB. SPF 15 sunscreen can block 93 percent of UVB and SPF 30 sunscreen can block nearly 97 percent. Therefore, the higher the SPF value, the stronger the effect of it.

3.     How often should I should sunscreens?

It is recommended to apply sunscreen every two hours, or after swimming or sweating as our body or skin is being exposed to the sun everyday.

4.    What is the best moisturizer I should use?

The use of moisturizer is oftentimes at night time. It is good to have the one that is rich in cream, hydrating, non-greasy.

5.    Why tea is helpful in reducing weight?
